These terms are an agreement between you and Suhuf LLC for your use of the Suhuf app and suhuf.app. By using Suhuf, you agree to them.
Using Suhuf
Suhuf is a personal tool for memorizing and reviewing the Quran. You must be at least 13 to use it. Keep your account secure, and don't misuse the service, including interfering with it, reverse-engineering it, or using it for anything unlawful.
Subscriptions
Suhuf has a free version and a Premium subscription. Prices and plan details are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If you start a free trial, you're charged when it ends unless you cancel before then. Any unused trial time is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple. See our Refund Policy.
Recitation and audio
Recite uses your microphone and speech recognition to follow your recitation. Its feedback may be wrong, so treat it as an aid, not an authority. Reciter audio in the app is for personal, non-commercial listening only.
Our content
The app, its design, and its code belong to Suhuf LLC. Quran text, translations, and recitations remain with their respective sources.
No warranty
Suhuf is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. See our Disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suhuf LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of Suhuf.
Termination
You can stop using Suhuf and delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Apple
These terms are between you and Suhuf LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Suhuf or its content, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it, and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Suhuf means you accept the updated terms.
